Rubics Terms & Conditions of use (“Terms”) and Privacy Policy 1. Definitions: "Rubics" refers to Rubics Media Management LTD. "Client/User" refers to any individual or business that uses www.rubics.co.uk or any service from Rubics Media Management LTD. "Website/The Website" refers to https://www.rubics.co.uk . 2. Services Offered: Rubics provides basic and premium subscriptions for marketing support and management of client social media accounts. For detailed information, please refer to our ‘Plans and Pricing’ page. Bespoke subscriptions are tailored marketing support and social media account management services. Consultation with an account manager is necessary for bespoke services. For more details, visit our ‘Bespoke Services’ page. Web design and website management services are available, subject to maintenance fees and individual client needs. 3. Rules and Guidelines: Rubics maintains ownership of all content related to its website, including user-uploaded content. Users are prohibited from using content from the Rubics website without written permission. Users must provide accurate information to Rubics. Information regarding other individuals should only be provided with their explicit consent. Misuse of data or privacy policies is strictly prohibited. Clients and users are responsible for uploading or sending copyrighted content to their account manager. 4. Web design services are invoiced post-consultation and agreement. Invoices must be settled within 31 days. Subscriptions are automatically renewed after 12 months. Subscription cancellations are accepted within 31 days of initial payment or renewal, subject to a 14-day cooling-off period and cancellation fees thereafter. Ownership of social media accounts and managed content transfers to Rubics during the subscription period and reverts to the client upon subscription termination. 6. Disclaimer and Limitations of Liability: Rubics endeavors to achieve user marketing goals but does not guarantee specific outcomes. Rubics disclaims responsibility for the accuracy and reliability of client-posted content. Rubics is not liable for third-party content or links posted on social media platforms. Clients must ensure they have necessary rights to all content provided to Rubics. Rubics' liability of damages is limited to the fees paid for services, not exceeding the value of services provided. 7. Intellectual Property Rights: Rubics retains sole rights to all content posted on its website, including user-uploaded content. Client accounts set up by Rubics are owned by Rubics, including posted content during the service period. Content ownership reverts to Rubics during the service period. 8. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes arising from these terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom. 9.
