Bespoke subscriptions are subject to individual contracts tailored to client needs. Cancellation terms are specified within each contract.

Web design services are invoiced post-consultation and agreement. Invoices must be settled within 31 days.

Subscriptions are automatically renewed after 12 months.

Subscription cancellations are accepted within 31 days of initial payment or renewal, subject to a 14-day cooling-off period and cancellation fees thereafter.

Ownership of social media accounts and managed content transfers to Rubics during the subscription period and reverts to the client upon subscription termination.

Rubics disclaims responsibility for the accuracy and reliability of client-posted content.

Rubics' liability of damages is limited to the fees paid for services, not exceeding the value of services provided.

Client accounts set up by Rubics are owned by Rubics, including posted content during the service period.

Content ownership reverts to Rubics during the service period.
